Marriott Vacation Club came to Aperture Solutions with a request to develop processes for designing, producing, and constructing their Playbook Training materials program. The brand was looking for a more organized and precise process to convert raw content into professional, finished training materials that reflected the brand values and standards.Collaboratively, our teams worked together; we developed detailed process maps and were able to organize the design and production of Marriott Vacation Club’s Playbook program, laying the groundwork to an open communication plan and staying engaged each step of the way. Enthusiastic with the outcome, Marriott Vacation Club has broadened the original project description.
