Courtyard Marriott Hotels

In updating its brand voice across 1,000 properties, Courtyard came to Aperture Solutions looking for a cost effective method to deploy new graphics on its printed collateral.

The teams at Aperture Solutions coordinated with the teams at Courtyard a rolling implementation. This allowed for inventoried items to be depleted and replaced with the new product without the need to obsolete any materials.

When the Courtyard Marriott needed updates to its F&B menus, we delivered a comprehensive solution in a tight turnaround. The Courtyard Marriott needed 16 different menu options for the Bistro, including templates for international properties and for those in states with specific pour regulations. Five of these menus had not previously been available on their brand portal, and each location needed the ability to customize menu content and pricing. In total, more than 500 properties needed access to order the required menu in 18 days. We created a plan that would take into account artwork updates, rollout communications, production and delivery. We outlined roles, deliverables, and action dates for both the Bistro team members and ourselves. We developed a strategic communication plan to drive participation and ensure properties got their menu orders placed, processed, shipped and delivered in time.
