Chop House is a casual steakhouse restaurant brand that wanted a complete menu redesign. In-house menu experts at Aperture Solutions reviewed the menu items and developed a strategic layout to improve sales of key plates. A new design displaying a woodgrain cover compliments The Chop House’s delicious meals.
